Legal doctrine has twofold helped law Interpretation. Firstly, it worked and still works to producing its correct meaning: concepts, distinctions, topics for or against an understanding of a provision come largely from doctrine. Secondly, it worked and still works to improving the method of interpreting laws, even though it is disputed whether law interpretation be a cognitive, or a creative activity, or a choice to justify. Today, case - law has the main role in interpreting law, but doctrine shall keep its criticism and control
