The paper - which is the synthesis of a broader research - analyzes the Corporate Social Responsibility in the civil perspective, focusing on the relative rules and on the mechanisms that guarantee their enforcement. From this perspective, the theme considers the private autonomy from the “individual” to the “collective” dimension, showing the different and new meaning in the light of the principle of horizontal subsidiarity.
