The paper analyzes the genesis and the role of “judicial commissioner” in the bankruptcy proceedings of the “arrangement conditional” similar to the American Institute of “face sheet petition”. The presence of the judicial commissioner also confirmed that at this stage it belongs fully in the composition procedure. The functions and powers of the Commissioner can be summarized in three categories: surveillance, advice and reporting to the Court.
