The article provides a brief description of the presentations of the European scholars – experts in the field of Roman law, modern civil law of Europe and comparative law, on the topics that were the subjects of the study by the most famous European Romanist Berthold Kupisch. The article highlights the achievements and the human qualities of the scholar, who had long participated in the activities of the international academic community ARISTEC.
