This paper presents the first results of a research aimed at the implementation of guidelines for architectural heritage reuse through new information and communication technologies. Half a century after the Venice Charter for the Conservation and Restoration of Monuments and Sites, in which is considered also the minor heritage as a monument, the issues linked to its valorisation are still current. Moreover, conservation strategies reuse-oriented want the least possible amount of resources. The high costs of conservation and reuse interventions cause alienation or conferral cultural assets. However, the minor private architectural heritage remains excluded from this process, for the lack of homogeneous regulatory framework. Cultural dissemination models based on the multimedia devices to use virtual or augmented and real content are successfully used to valorise cultural heritage. The objective of the research is their application to the minor architectural heritage, with the aim of promoting the knowledge of architectural investigations, as well as the relief and the eventual recovery project, reusing the private architectural minor heritage as a spread museum in augmented reality. The paper will show the methodology application to a case study.
