A new overall interdisciplinary framework called "i-learning" integrates managerial organisation and technology aspects also known "technology enhanced learning". Open networked i-learning: Models and Cases of Next Gen Learning begins its investigation with the important changes that have recently occurred withinn the management, technology and society fields. Social and cultural aspects of society that influence the dynamics and the styles of the learning processes are presented as well. The last section of this edited volume focuses on possible future scenarios of the learning processes by describing the main models, processes, tools, technologies and involved organisations.
Un nuovo quadro di riferimento generale chiamato "i-learning" integra aspetti di organizzazione manageriale e tecnologici conosciuti anche sotto la locuzione di “apprendimento tecnologicamente facilitato”. Open networked i-learning: Models and Cases of Next Gen Learning avvia la sua indagine riferendo degli importanti cambiamenti che si sono manifestati di recente nei campi della gestione, della tecnologia e della società in genere. Vengono altresì presentati aspetti sociali e culturali della società che influenzano le dinamiche e gli stili dei processi di apprendimento. L’ultima sezione di questo volume si concentra su possibili scenari futuri riguardanti i processi di apprendimento e descrive i principali, modelli, processi, strumenti, tecnologie e le organizzazioni coinvolte.
