As far as the universal rights of children are concerned, the pedagogic viewpoint requires attention renewed, to avoid the risk of a disciplinary trivialization through the tout court assertion of a right to education, to schooling, to continuing education, to growth according to the individual potentialities in a peaceful environment. The pedagogic viewpoint must see beyond the declarations of principle, deepen the meaning of the universal right to education, comment on its reasons, transform the idea of the child protection and singularity into the right of giving one’s best according to one’s own cognitive, thinking, action and projectual styles.

Abstract
As far as the universal rights of children are concerned, the pedagogic viewpoint requires attention renewed, to avoid the risk of a disciplinary trivialization through the tout court assertion of a right to education, to schooling, to continuing education, to growth according to the individual potentialities in a peaceful environment. The pedagogic viewpoint must see beyond the declarations of principle, deepen the meaning of the universal right to education, comment on its reasons, transform the idea of the child protection and singularity into the right of giving one’s best according to one’s own cognitive, thinking, action and projectual styles.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
