Sustainable growth based on innovation requires an increasing number of start-ups, defines a positive correlation between entrepreneurship and economic growth. The first section picks up the necessity to educate in a global field, focused on psychological competences like proactivity, risk attitude and managerial profile. A box reports an example of new European Educational Program for Entrepreneurs that would work in a global context. The Second section sums up the contributions of psychological literature on entrepreneurial competences, pointing out the main features learning object to have performance results. The final section suggests the university strategic role to attivate entrepreneurial competences; sketching out the university like Entrepreneurial University. A box reports an Italian Case.
