The present chapter attempts to create a better understanding of the role of entrepreneurship educa- tion in developing entrepreneurial qualities by con- fronting theory with practice. The first section sums up the contributions of psychological literature on entrepreneurial compe- tences, pointing out the main features learning object to have performance results. The second section picks up the necessity to educate in a global field, focussing on psychological competences like proactiv- ity, risk attitude and managerial profile. The final section suggests the university strategic role to acti- vate entrepreneurial competences; sketching out the university like Entrepreneurial University.
