Western economics mechanisms have to be faced in an alternative way. Capitalistic way of doing and managing firm is not the ontological nature of the firm itself, because - in accordance to Social Doctrine of Catholic Church - a firm is a relationship between capital and labour, among men and men. The source of everything is due to labour and so the results of a firm (i.e. earnings) have to find a different way to be re-assigned to producers (capital and labour). The book approach is innovative about this particular element.
