The book deals with administrative activity ruled by public law as it is evaluated by administrative judges (Tribunali amministrativi regionali e Consiglio di Stato). The authors have tried to rationalize the huge material exploring the principles governing such activity (legality, reasonableness, proportionality, legitimate expectations etc.), the structure of administrative act, the procedure required for its formation, the classification according the effects, the validity-invalidity, the interpretation. The book is a result of courses kept by the authors in this university.
