Innovative pedagogical approaches have been modifying their reference models in the last ten years and need to be supported by innovative pedagogical voices. The impact on present educational aims produces the effects, all over Europe, of new analytical approaches and of methodological and strategic objectives. The new adhering countries have been negotiating new issues and potential results at the projectual level. New subjects are concerned in the fields of accessible knowledge, e-learning, vocational training, education and special education to formal/ informal / non formal competencies. EU keeps on asking for innovative initiatives aiming at implementing and improving the European social and cultural citizenship, the methodological and technical growth within the different national contexts, the quality of policies and strategies, the involvement of stakeholders. The specific indicators and descriptors for the assessment and evaluation of projects (in the above said fields) have been modified with the aim of providing additional coherence and consistency.
