Abstract
Quality Assurance within Universities needs to become a strategy and an objective; actually, present changes and social / training orientations ask for additional definitions of QA, for additional / differentiated strategies. Here, an experimental phase is introduced and explained, focusing on the assessment of several pedagogical and didactical activities implemented within Universities. A set of Guidelines is used with the aim of reading and analysing collected information and data. The book is one of the products of the project QUALES (2013-1-IT1-LEO 05-03996).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
