Didactics must be re-discovered, renewed and innovated. In general, my position is: as universities and schools do not exist because of the existence of teachers and profs but do exist because of the existence of students, we must state that dealing with learning styles is our priority; and that teaching styles must be re-discovered, renewed and innovated as they depend on the present characteristics of learning styles. My position is supported by more specific and detailed reasons; some of them are complex, phenomenic reasons, some of them are concrete reasons. At present, managing students' groups attending academic lectures means focusing on specific issues: 1) how and why present changes have been producing a deep impact on learning styles of youngsters and of new generations of university students; 2) how, why, for whom university professors are expected to modify their teaching styles and to produce effectiveness within university settings; 3) why managing a Learning Environment through a student-centred approach produces effective interaction; 4) how and why teaching styles support student learning styles; 5) how and why prevention and management of educational conflicts is necessary in a group of students; 6) why, how, for whom blended learning produces effectiveness within learning settings; 7) which are the competences expected to benefit from the effectiveness of a blended learning setting.

Abstract
Didactics must be re-discovered, renewed and innovated. In general, my position is: as universities and schools do not exist because of the existence of teachers and profs but do exist because of the existence of students, we must state that dealing with learning styles is our priority; and that teaching styles must be re-discovered, renewed and innovated as they depend on the present characteristics of learning styles. My position is supported by more specific and detailed reasons; some of them are complex, phenomenic reasons, some of them are concrete reasons. At present, managing students' groups attending academic lectures means focusing on specific issues: 1) how and why present changes have been producing a deep impact on learning styles of youngsters and of new generations of university students; 2) how, why, for whom university professors are expected to modify their teaching styles and to produce effectiveness within university settings; 3) why managing a Learning Environment through a student-centred approach produces effective interaction; 4) how and why teaching styles support student learning styles; 5) how and why prevention and management of educational conflicts is necessary in a group of students; 6) why, how, for whom blended learning produces effectiveness within learning settings; 7) which are the competences expected to benefit from the effectiveness of a blended learning setting.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
