The construction of the overall three-dimensional model of the park has been guided by the choice of making a hybrid model, in which the type of geometry to be used was a function of the geometrical and morphological characteristics of the represented elements. The three-dimensional model provides an interesting tool for multiple purpose: the evaluation of quantitative aspects, such as the land morphology and vegetation density; the analysis of qualitative aspects, such as the stem grade of trees; finally, the study of formal and perceptual aspects which allow an accurate analysis of the existing park and the foreshadowing of possible restoration designs.
