The research focused on the creation of a game-based model of didactic support aimed at promoting learning strategies in a group of students from the Department of Education Sciences of the Roma Tre University. The insertion of game and video game related elements in a set of activities based on the areas of cognitive and affective-motivational competence of the QSA contributed to the promotion of students’ strategic skills, making this path more engaging.
