Abstract

The essay shows what has been developed for some years in the research in the discipline of Icar 17. It concerns the production chain of digitization processes and digital transition within the tangible and intangible architectural culture. This topic includes the following insights: accessibility and visualization for the documentation, enhancement, and communication of the Cultural Heritage The development of different working strategies has been linked to the possibility of participating in calls and public notices and the construction of specific projects has allowed us to focus on the necessary strategies and skills and to define the relationships and processes between research, teaching, cultural institutions, and the cultural heritage enterprise, where it was im-mediately possible to distinguish the following areas: - Theoretical characterized by universities and research institutions; - Application/Instrumental/Technological. Moreover, it has been possible to identify the need for scientific knowledge to be transferred to creative enterprises for cultural heritage and to initiate courses of declination of acquired knowledge towards teaching at different levels of training such as degree courses, Final exams, and third-level. The relationships that have been established are interdisciplinary and it has been highlighted that the ICAR 17 Drawing is a cross-discipline able to make different actors who use different languages dialogue.
