The study aims at analysing crypto-assets market, in the light of Initial Coin Offering's dynamics and of the European regulatory evolution. Utility tokens, since their highly technical hybration, may present several risks in order to correctly qualify the phenomena. In this respect, the present study focuses on the analysis of hybrid utility tokens in the context of consumer protection and financial market regulation. Furthermore, it presents a comprehensive point of view of the Italian legal framework related to crypto-assets market.
