The article analyses Egypt’s foreign policy towards Sub-Saharan African countries. In particular, it assesses how Egypt’s African policy has changed following the transition from the democratically-elected government led by the Muslim Brotherhood to the military regime that has ruled the country since the popular uprising against the Islamists on June 30 2013.
