Today, in the global era, we see that the destiny of the architecture of the city is getting worse, people does not live in urban space in a harmonious and integrated way, and environmental conditions are increasingly critical. The city is no longer a representation of harmonious life, but the scenario of social conflicts more and more cruel. The urban studies have to define a new horizon of the urban landscape. Starting from these considerations the goal of the work program is to define a new urban landscape for human living based on emptiness.
