La politica europea sui diritti dei consumatori e sulla tutela degli interessi rappresenta uno dei migliori esempi del valore aggiunto che l'integrazione europea porta nella vita quotidiana dei cittadini europei. La digitalizzazione dei rapporti con i consumatori ha spinto il legislatore europeo ad adottare numerose misure normative volte a rafforzare la tutela dei consumatori, in particolare nel consumo online, nel contesto più ampio della regolamentazione del mercato digitale europeo. Questo lavoro si propone come una presentazione introduttiva dei numerosi e innovativi aspetti normativi che oggi proteggono il consumatore digitale europeo.
