The analysis highlights how these systems can marginalise minority voices or non-mainstream content, affecting cultural diversity, informational pluralism, and economic opportunities. Furthermore, the essay discusses the role of generative AI in the automated creation of podcasts, raising legal ques- tions about personality rights and transparency for listeners. A legal analysis of marginalisation practices is conducted considering the principle of equality under European Union law, alongside an exploration of extra-legal strategies to promote inclusivity and diversity in podcasts.
