'Law' is no longer an immutable Moloch, but a porous science constantly evolving and changing, with which it has become possible to compare the narration of literary events, relating them to the major developments that affected the procedure and the legal dimension as a whole in the eleventh-fifteenth centuries. In the pages of the Foreword, we will therefore attempt to highlight some aspects of the literary investigations brought together in the volume that most closely dialogue with the historical-legal issues that have been the focus of debate in recent decades.

Abstract
'Law' is no longer an immutable Moloch, but a porous science constantly evolving and changing, with which it has become possible to compare the narration of literary events, relating them to the major developments that affected the procedure and the legal dimension as a whole in the eleventh-fifteenth centuries. In the pages of the Foreword, we will therefore attempt to highlight some aspects of the literary investigations brought together in the volume that most closely dialogue with the historical-legal issues that have been the focus of debate in recent decades.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
