The Study hypothesis is based on the use of algorithms capable of dynamically estimating arm’s length ranges and on assigning banks and financial intermediaries, acting as withholding agents, a function of automated “information” in order to allow the tax Authority to detect possible anomalies.

L’ipotesi di studio si fonda sull’utilizzo di algoritmi idonei a stimare dinamicamente intervalli di libera concorrenza (arm’s length range) e sull’attribuzione alle banche e agli intermediari finanziari, sostituti d’imposta, di una funzione “informativa” automatizzata per far sì che l’Amministrazione finanziaria rilevi eventuali anomalie.
