The Ninfeo Ponari in Cassino represents a significant example of Roman residential architecture between the late Republican and early Imperial periods, currently interpreted as a summer coenatio of a terraced domus integrated into the urban system of Casinum. This contribution presents the results of recent investigations as part of the CHANGES project. Particular attention is devoted to the integrated digital survey carried out in 2024 which produced a three-dimensional Digital Twin and a virtual tour. Interdisciplinary collaborations with CNR Lecce (ground-penetrating radar), ENEA Frascati (SHM monitoring) and LAPS UNICAS (numerical analysis) establish a multidisciplinary approach to preventive conservation of archaeological heritage.
