In the past few times, professionals working in the field of cultural and enviromental assets preservation are involved in elaborate activities of rearrangment connected with the greater interaction of our normative system with the European context and to the process of reforming University training courses in force in our country. The Author Investigates about the matter exploring a useful recognition on the order of the training and operativeness of the Italian architect with regard to the practise of the architectural restoration. The aim of the Author is to explain the possible impact of these deep changes in the didactics of the architectural restoration and, more in general, in the theoretical and methodological system of the subject.
