The article of the “Industria delle costruzioni” presents an example of social-housing design in Rome, in the area of Tor Bella Monaca. The project is part of the “Urban Roma- La città muove le torri”, a comprehensive program of urban district redevelopment carried out with EU funding. The design is an example of urban densification within an economical depressed context aimed to raise the overall quality.
