Fe30Ag70 thin film has been prepared by laser ablation technique and submitted to thermal treatment. We have investigated the behavior of the magnetization and the magnetoresistance when the magnetic field is applied parallel and perpendicular to the film plane. Giant magnetoresistance and large extraordinary Hall effect is found. The strong anisotropy behavior has been related to the presence of planar Fe clusters. The structural anisotropy has been probed by polarized EXAFS spectroscopy
