The "Giornale dell’architettura" offered the opportunity to comment on architecture published in the section "Reports of the month". The article gives an opinion on the recent building production in Europe by identifying the qualities as well as the limitations. Starting from the analysis of the recent European building construction the article identifies the qualities and the limitations of it, pointing out the relationship between the figure of the designer and the rules of the construction market.
