Abstract
A novel photodetector with wavemeter capability in the near infrared is demonstrated. The device is an InGaAsP/InGaAs double heterostructure operating as two back-to-back photodiodes with different spectral responses. This prototype is able to determine monochromatic-light wavelengths with an accuracy of +/- 40 pin around 1.55 mum and a sensitivity of about 0.14 muA/nm.File in questo prodotto:
