The international research project “Digital, Human, Mental and Body Movements” planned two work packages: A. Preliminary steps (needs analyses and first elaboration of crucial contents): 1. definition and classification of indicators / descriptors of the specific competences / skills required by the sports for disabled; 2. definition and classification of compatibilities among the above said indicators / descriptors and the specific characteristics of disabilities / pathologies / handicaps. B. Phase 1, implementation 1. definition of descriptors: how and why a specific sport is compatible with a specific disability; 2. detailed definition and classification of competencies and skills needed by specific sports; target users: disabled people; 3. detailed definition and classification of competences and skills compatible with specific sports; target users: disabled people aiming at becoming technical experts on recruitment and training. At present, the results and outputs of the international project is supporting the application to a EU Call. At the moment, the research workgroup have been producing both the design and the first structure of a software which works on Mac and Windows platforms.
