The article is focised on the important and meaningful figure of Cambacerès. During the Jacobin period of French Revolution he was member of a commette of the National Convention with the aim to legislate on the important topic of family law. Cambacerès supported the idea of completely equal treatment of the children, the ones born within marriage as well as those born out of marriage.
