The nearly exclusive use, for a long time, of the printed media as educational instruments, acts as paradigm for a school education and introduces epistemological prejudice. This is the reason why the various media, from radio to audiovisual, coul not compete with book, much more efficient in this perspective. The ICT are changing the situation, opening new possibilities. We should not think in terms of opposition, but in terms of choice.
