In this paper an attempt is made to introduce a book pubblished in 2002: Phenomenology (V. Costa, E. Franzini, P Spinicci) in which are reconstructed the origins and development of Husserl's thought in contemporary philosophy. It is argued that his works took shape under the influence of problems originating in different fields: the philosophy of perception, philosophical semantics, logic, ethics. This multiple origin of the concept of phenomenology is the adduced as an explanation of tensions within Husserl's texts, tensions which account for the fact that various contradictory interpretations of phenomenology are supported by the texts. The paper starts with a brief and schematic description of the main Husserl's issues (intentionality, phenomenological reduction, trascendental consciousness). Next husserlian phenomenology is compared with that contained in the works of so called phenomenolists as Heidegger, Sartre and Derrida. On the basis of this analysis it is finally shown some possible relations between Husserl and analitic philosophy.

Abstract
On the basis of this analysis it is finally shown some possible relations between Husserl and analitic philosophy.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
