This article deals with the concept of «natural born prostitute» by Cesare Lombroso, it is within the relationship between the positivist criminology and its critical matrix: Alessandro Baratta, Erving Goffman, Michel Foucault, the theories of Labelling Approach. At the same time it relates the same concept with the reg¬ulation of conduct prostitutoria by Camillo Benso di Cavour to DDL Carfagna and more general administrative ordinances issued in the area, with a general view to understand returns and waste within the production of the deviance of those theo¬ries of Lombroso.
