The chronicle describes the administrative reforms in Italy in 2015. Firstly, the reform of Public Administration (so-called Madia’s Law) and the main changes that followed, are examined. Secondly, the chronicle deals with the measures introduced by the new Anti-corruption Law. Thirdly, the re- form of the educational system (so-called “Buona Scuola” reform) is ana- Diritto amministrativo: Italia 637 lyzed. Finally, the paper examines the main measures contained in the Stability Law for 2016.
Le Cronache descrivono le riforme amministrative adottate in Italia nel- l’anno 2015. Si analizza, anzitutto, la legge di riforma della pubblica am- ministrazione (c.d. legge Madia) e ci si sofferma sulle principali novità. Si trattano, poi, le misure introdotte dalla nuova legge anticorruzione. Si ana- lizza la riforma sulla c.d. Buona scuola. Da ultimo, si descrivono le princi- pali misure contenute nella legge di stabilità per il 2016.
