Chronicle on Italian Administrative Law

The chronicle describes the administrative reforms in Italy in 2016. Firstly, the implementation of the reform of Public Administration (Law 124/2015) is examined and the main changes introduced by the different implement- ing Legislative Decrees are analysed. Secondly, the chronicle deals with the new Code of public contracts, adopted in implementation of EU Direc- tives 2014/23, 2014/24 and 2014/25. Thirdly, the new measures regarding the evaluation of public administrations’ performance, introduced by Presi- dential Decree of 9 May 2016, n. 105 are analysed. Finally, the chronicle examines the main measures contained in the Budget Law for 2017.

Le Cronache descrivono le principali riforme amministrative adottate in Italia nell’anno 2016. In primo luogo, ci si sofferma sull’attuazione della legge di riforma della pubblica amministrazione (legge n. 124 del 2015) e si analizzano le principali novità introdotte dai vari decreti attuativi. In se- condo luogo, si tratta del nuovo Codice dei contratti pubblici adottato in attuazione delle direttive 2014/23/UE, 2014/24/UE e 2014/25/UE. In terzo luogo, ci si sofferma sulle modifiche contenute nel D.P.R. 9 maggio 2016, n. 105, in tema di valutazione della performance nelle pubbliche ammini- strazioni. Da ultimo, si descrivono le principali misure contenute nella legge di bilancio per il 2017.
