With this essay we want to investigate the pedagogical value of body mediation, in order to find the true meaning of life, the beauty and potentiality embedded in man, in a harmonic way, between the exteriority of the world we live in and inwardness of experiences and intimate values that every man owns. The body becomes then an expression of the intimate substantial reality of the person, which may facilitate, transform and enhance the individual dimension of man. It is important to explore the theoretical and epistemological basis of body education as means of communication, in order to restore the balance between different instances, between the outer self and inner self, between the body and the inwardness, expecially in case of changes.
