In recent years, there has been a proliferation of television series that have as their subject the history or more generally the past, and the success of these productions has highlighted the existence of an interest for history by the general public. The round-table aims to reflect on the way in which television series deal with the past, and the relationship between entertainement and historical reconstrcution, on the impact of TV series in the way of making history.
