The pro}ect is the result of a multidisciplinary approach, supported by specialist contributions, with the aim of regenerating an urban sector with the creation of an inclusive district with a predominantly productive character. Supporting the main design intentions, the contribution of the various specialists has provided numerous advantages in terms of process and final outcome. The continuous open exchange between territorial, urban, architectural, technological, landscape, environmental and economic issues has led to evalua- tions and circular and integrated choices, able to strongly support more audacious decisions. The final solution includes an integrated production district with service areas for business, fiexible work spaces and residences. The district is aimed at supporting new urban economies linked to the coexistence of work and living spaces, to residence with specific users, including temporary ones, as well as ser- vices and proximity commerce. The redevelopment insists to an extent equal to about 30% of the volume on the area; a bridge-building constitutes a perspective backdrop and urban landmark. Structural actions of the pro}ect are the articulated system of public spaces and the enhancement of the potential of accessibility through the definition of a preferential and safe cycle-pedestrian path connecting the Rogoredo Station to the site. The final result is a vision able to bring to an effective synthesis the different aspects of the transformation of a city passage.

Abstract
The final result is a vision able to bring to an effective synthesis the different aspects of the transformation of a city passage.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
