Abstract
Lightness, Rapidity, Exactitude, Visibility, Multiplicity, Consistency: these are the “Six memos for the next millennium” that Italo Calvino was to exhibit at Harvard University in 1984, which later became “Lezioni americane”. Six “categories” that bring the Italian writer close to the positions expressed by an intellectual of his contemporaries: Marshall McLuhan, the media guru, a literary critic by training. A bridge between two thinkers who have anticipated trends, have been able to “see”: this makes their works pedagogically relevant, especially in the reflection initiated on the need for a pedagogy of imagination.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
