As part of the Reims Grand Center project, the redevelopment of the Promenades Jean-Louis Schneiter, signed by the Atelier Jacqueline Osty & Associés, without betraying the 18th century spatiality that guides the choices, reconfigures the Promenades adapting them to the needs of a contemporary sociality sensitive to a better quality of life, at the same time strengthening the vegetation of the territory. A masterful lesson of the contemporary landscape project where the redevelopment of a historical component, connecting the urban environmental systems with the extra-urban ones, builds an ecological continuity that is fundamental for the survival of living species and for responding to the urgent climatic and environmental challenge.
