Abstract
A great deal of our thinking knowledge – concepts, heuristics and methods – is task or function-specific, with these functions being an effective method of structuring learning contents. The paper proposes a syllabus for Humanistic Management that incorporates knowledge from Ancient History, the Exemplum provided by the Ancient Romans, and addresses the many other critical thinking activities that managers perform. The paper also explores programmatic issues and provides pedagogical suggestions on teaching humanities skills in business schools.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
