Given a finitely generated multiplicative group of rational numbers, we compute thedensity of the set of primes for which the order of the reduction group is divisible by agiven integer. Earlier work considers the case of groups of positive rationals. Here, weconsider the general case. In the second part of the paper, we test our formulas withseveral tables.
