This article proposes a solution to the critical issues of traditional leadership training through the use of a personal learning cloud (PLC). The PLC is a set of online courses, social and interactive platforms, and learning tools to address the interpersonal and relational skills transfer gap in traditional leadership training contexts. Components of the PLC include, among others, MOOCs, interactive platforms for online content delivery and on-demand and solution-focused approaches to leadership development. The article explores a module aimed at soft skills training, using the life of ARTEmisia Gentileschi, her personality skills and talents as a case study for leadership training. The representation of the body mediates the learning experience by analysing the painter’s works. The reflection makes use of references to teaching experiences, good practice and research in the field of body education. The framework of guiding principles outlined in the paper applies to university curricula in different global contexts. It emphasises the importance of including hard and soft skills courses to reinforce the values of humanistic pedagogy. The paper concludes that PLC effectively solves the skills transfer gap in traditional education contexts. It is becoming increasingly important in today’s society as technology continues to advance and shape our world, conveying an education in the expressive use of the body through art.
Questo articolo propone una soluzione alle criticità della formazione alla leadership tradizionale attraverso l’uso di un cloud di apprendimento personale (PLC). Il PLC è un insieme di corsi online, piattaforme sociali e interattive e strumenti di apprendimento per affrontare il gap di trasferimento delle competenze interpersonali e relazionali nei contesti tradizionali di formazione . I componenti del PLC includono, tra gli altri, MOOC, piattaforme interattive per la distribuzione di contenuti online e approcci on-demand e incentrati sulle soluzioni per lo sviluppo della leadership. L’articolo esplora un modulo finalizzato alla formazione sulle soft skills, utilizzando la vita di ARTEmisa Gentileschi, le sue capacità e i suoi talenti come caso di studio per la formazione alla leadership. Artemisia è una delle figure più importanti della storia mondiale che offre preziosi spunti di riflessione sulla leadership. L’esperienza di apprendimento è mediata dalla rappresentazione del corpo attraverso l’analisi delle opere della pittrice. La riflessione si avvale di riferimenti a esperienze didattiche, buone pratiche e ricerche nel campo dell’educazione corporea. Il quadro di principi guida delineato nel documento è applicabile ai curricula universitari in diversi contesti globali e sottolinea l’importanza di includere corsi di hard e soft skills per rafforzare i valori di una pedagogia umanistica. Il documento conclude che il PLC è una soluzione efficace al divario nel trasferimento delle competenze nei contesti educativi tradizionali. sta diventando sempre più importante nella società odierna, poiché la tecnologia continua a progredire e a plasmare il nostro mondo, e quindi trasmettere un’educazione all’uso espressivo del corpo attraverso l’arte.
