This article describes what was found through a field survey carried out through the administration of a questionnaire addressed to support teachers regarding the identification of their fears, fragilities, expectations, interpersonal relationships with colleagues, pupils and parents, and training needs.The results point toward prospects for training investment, aimed precisely at the training compensation of this important profile of professional for the educational and helping relationship in school integration on the prevention of distress and management of behavioral dynamics.
