Il potere, tra pubblico e privato. Tracce per un dialogo tra civilisti e costituzionalisti

The paper resumes, with some explanations, what was argued in the context of the annual conference of the Italian Civilist Association “Costituzione e diritto privato”. In order to open a debate, the essay questions the transformations of public and private power and the role that civilists and constitutionalists can play to stem their drifts. The Author criticizes recent “adjectivizations” of constitutionalism (digital, societal, etc.) and calls for a dialogue between civilists and constitutionalists based on the abandonment of mutual prejudices.
