In 2024, the publisher Palestra released my book Jueces, legalidad e interpretación, which brings together some of my works on the topic of legality. In this contribution, I examine the critical observations made by Edgar Aguilera, Hugo Osorio Morales, Ángeles Ródenas, and Natalia Scavuzzo on the concept and value of legality, the relationship between legality and legal interpretation, the role of politics in interpretation, and the connection between legality and the Rule of Law.
