Identità e continuità dello Stato. Una mappa di problemi.

This work proposes two comments of a critical-constructive nature around Giorgio Ridolfi’s book, Identità e continuità dello Stato. Un’indagine filosofico-giuridica (2022). The first comment underlines that in the context of analysis of the identity and continuity of the State there is not only a lack of linguistic uniformity but also a plurality of methodological approaches and, above all, an important indeterminacy on the object of study. The second comment aims to show the usefulness of taking into consideration the distinction between “legal system”, “legal order” and “state order”.
