Precisione digitale e processo condiviso

The current evolution of software from representation to building simulation poses the problem of the precision and accuracy of project modelling. Systems based on integrated and parametric 3D models increase the onerousness of their realisation and consequently also amplify the difficulty of sharing data between different members of large, contemporary design networks. The software and designers are immediately faced with a negotiation problem that does not compromise the dimensional accuracy of digital models. The text explores the strategies put in place to deal with the subject of the overlapping of professional practice and software development by starting with study cases of the 2 realms using the reduction of the negotiable elements to a system of spatial coordinates univocally fixed on which the different software bases its parametric model. From conception to realisation, info-architecture carries out “precision” digital writing of the components and associative relationships and of the procedures for sharing and exchanging.
